Jigsaw Property Solutions have been involved in lettings and property management since 1994 and have a wealth of local knowledge and experience at your disposal. Although the majority of our housing stock is based in Lincoln, we also cover the surrounding villages to approximately a 15 mile radius from the city centre. We have built our reputation on providing a personal and quality service to our many landlords and tenants.

Finding a tenant for your property is the number one priority for us here at Jigsaw Property Solutions. We have invested a lot of time and money in making sure that we can offer you one of the best advertising programmes available at no extra cost to you. Jigsaw Property Solutions invests a lot of money in marketing your property to ensure it has exposure to the widest market. The majority of potential tenants use the internet to look for property to rent and therefore we ensure we advertise our available properties on the most popular property search portals including the top three, rightmove.co.uk, zoopla.co.uk and findaproperty.com. We also advertise in other popular publications such as Yellow Pages and as the local press.
We use sign boards outside properties to make people aware the property is available to rent. We are the only agent in Lincoln to include text marketing on our sign boards. This means a potential tenant can send a text message to the number printed on the board and receive immediate details back about the property including the price all for the cost of a standard text message. Investment in your future
If you are buying an investment property, Jigsaw Property Solutions can help you make the right choice. We are happy to offer independent and impartial advice as to the type and location of the property, its potential rental value and any improvement or alteration work that might help. This advice along with our local knowledge of the market can be invaluable for you and we make no charge for this service as long as you place your business with ourselves.

Competitive fees
We offer extremely competitive fees. We are currently offering a management fee of just 6% for the first six months to all new landlords.

If you prefer us just to find you a tenant, we can do that too. Our let only fee is £199 plus VAT and 50% of the first month's rent plus VAT
